JUST PET BD – Reward Coins Program
These terms govern the JUST PET BD Reward Coins Program. By participating, you agree to these terms. The structure (earn on eligible delivered spend, redeem as a checkout discount, expiry, and caps) follows patterns common across major Bangladesh marketplaces; numeric rates on this page always reflect the values shown below.
Earning coins
- Earn 1 Reward Coin for every BDT 1 of eligible order value.
- Coins use floor rounding (e.g. 930 BDT = 930 coins, 980 BDT = 980 coins).
- Coins are credited only after your order is successfully delivered.
- No coins are earned at order placement or payment success stage.
Restrictions on earning
- Reward Coins are NOT earned when a coupon code is applied.
- Reward Coins are NOT earned when cashback offers or payment discounts are used.
Adjustments
- If order value drops from returns, refunds, cancellation, or other adjustments, Reward Coins are adjusted accordingly.
- The system may deduct or reverse earned coins related to that order.
Redemption
- Minimum 500 coins required to redeem.
- Maximum 5000 coins can be redeemed per day.
- Redemption is applied at checkout and shown in the pricing breakdown.
Expiry
- Order-earned Reward Coins expire 12 months from the order date they were earned from (not from redemption date).
- Expired coins are automatically removed from your balance.
Review rewards
- Earn 10 coins for each approved review on a purchased product.
- Only products you actually purchased are eligible.
- One approved review per product can earn Reward Coins.
- Spam, inappropriate, or unapproved reviews earn 0 coins.
General
Program rules
Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value. JUST PET BD may change or end the program if there is fraud, misuse, or a policy update.
